Delete your Mizwad account

In the app (immediate)

  1. Open Mizwad and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Edit profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@mizwad.app with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you signed in with (your Google or Apple email). We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, photo, home country, onboarding answers), reviews, saved places, saved duas, trip plan, checklist, label-scan history and scan photos.

Nothing is kept after deletion, except crash reports, which contain no name or email and expire on their own within 90 days.
